North America

December 2016: Bocas del Toro, Pedasi, Panama City (Panama). We spent 12 days in Panama over and including Christmas Day. Surfing, Chinese takeaways and cycling in 30°C heat have never been part of my Christmases before, but I’m glad they were this year.

November-December 2016: Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica. I booked onto the month long ‘Central American Journey’ provided by G Adventures to take me through 5 countries I’ve been itching to go to since I first contrived the idea of this trip. Some beautiful countries, people, sights, activities… Faultless.

November 2016: Durango, Mexiquillo, Cancun, Playa del Carmen (Mexico). I spent a week in Durango living with a Mexican family, who carried on life as normal (bar a weekend away in the Sierras) therefore giving me a truly authentic Day of the Dead experience; before heading to the southern coast and being a beach bum for a fortnight. Below is my video from Durango and Mexiquillo, but you can find my water-themed Playa del Carmen video here.

September-October 2016: Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas (USA). There are so many videos from our journey down the west coast and then inland. Click each state to be taken to their respective videos.

September 2016: Vancouver and Vancouver Island (Canada). This was the starting point of my biggest trip yet, which saw me leave a good job and sell everything I own. Beautiful people and even better scenery. I now understand why so many people dream of moving to the Maple leaf country.
